Introducing Romy Gill MBE at The Pem

The Pem welcomes Romy Gill MBE to the kitchen, marking an exciting new chapter for the restaurant. One of Britain’s most recognised Indian chefs, Romy brings her bold, expressive cooking and deep connection to Indian ingredients and traditions to Westminster. A three-time cookbook author and familiar face on BBC One and ITV, she was awarded an MBE for services to hospitality in 2016.

Her arrival at The Pem marks her first permanent kitchen in six years, bringing a fresh new energy to the restaurant through dishes shaped by flavour, heritage, seasonality and thoughtful hospitality.
